  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM will begin processing the next business day.
  • During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

3. Shipping Locations

Kure Wellness currently ships to:

  • United States
  • Canada
  • Select international countries

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

5. Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Kure Wellness is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing (for international orders)

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or your local post office.
  2. Contact the carrier directly.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost packages.
  • Reshipping fees may apply.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping cost.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item
